We bring our experience with a variety of methodologies for project management. Perhaps the most critical of these is our deep understanding of collaboration and valuing individuals over process.

As Certified Professional Scrum Masters, we lead daily meetings, development demos, sprints, and when sprints are completed, sprint retrospectives. We leverage these ceremonies following the agile Scrum standards, thereby ensuring project stakeholders are connected and invested in the work, and work performed by development teams are completed on time.

We also are fluent in Agile, Kanban, and Scrumban methodologies, as well as waterfall. For larger, more complex organizations and teams, we rely on our expertise with LeSS and SAFe methodologies to ensure success.
